تحت رعاية صاحب السمو الشيخ محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم، نائب رئيس الدولة رئيس مجلس الوزراء حاكم دبي، رعاه الله، تنطلق أعمال الدورة الرقمية الأولى من ملتقى الاستثمار السنوي الافتراضي لعام 2020، والذي تنظمه وزارة الاقتصاد خلال الفترة من 20 إلى 22 أكتوبر من العام الجاري، تحت شعار "إعادة تشكيل الاقتصادات: التحول نحو مستقبل رقمي مرن ومستدام".

ويسعى الملتقى من خلال نسخته الافتراضية الأولى، إلى تعزيز اقتصاد دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، وترسيخ مكانتها كإحدى أبرز الوجهات الاستثمارية، إلى جانب تسهيل عرض فرص استثمارية جديدة للمستثمرين من مختلف أنحاء العالم، وتوظيف وسائل التكنولوجيا الرقمية، ونشر المعرفة، وتبادل التجارب فيما بين الدول، مما يوفر إمكانيات وموارد واسعة عبر قطاعات متنوعة، تؤدي إلى الانتعاش الاقتصادي وتعزيز جهود التحول نحو اقتصاد رقمي مستدام. 
ويواصل الملتقى للعام العاشر على التوالي، جهوده في رسم خارطة طريق لبناء مستقبل مرن للاقتصاد العالمي على الرغم من التحديات الحالية التي فرضتها جائحة كوفيد 19، كما يهدف الحدث الرقمي الذي يمتد على مدار ثلاثة أيام إلى دعم وتقوية بيئة الاستثمار وتوفير فرص لإقامة مشاريع واستثمارات أكثر جاذبية وأماناً أمام أصحاب الأعمال.
وفي هذا الصدد، قال معالي عبد الله بن طوق المري، وزير الاقتصاد: "يُعد ملتقى الاستثمار السنوي منصة عالمية مهمة تجمع المسؤولين والخبراء والمستثمرين وكبرى الشركات المحلية والإقليمية والدولية لتبادل الأفكار والخبرات والعمل معاً لتنمية مناخ الاستثمار والربط بين أصحاب المصلحة لتعزيز الفرص التنموية والخروج بحلول مبتكرة للتحديات المطروحة على المشهد الاقتصادي العالمي"، مضيفاً معاليه أن دولة الإمارات تمكنت على مدى السنوات الماضية من ترسيخ مكانتها كوجهة استثمارية رائدة وجاذبة للمشاريع ذات القيمة المضافة وخاصة في قطاعات الاقتصاد الجديد، كما نجحت الدولة في تطوير قدراتها في علمية التخطيط واستشراف المستقبل، ووضع حلول استباقية لتعزيز مرونة اقتصادها الوطني في مواجهة المتغيرات الاقتصادية العالمية.

وتابع معاليه أن حكومة دولة الإمارات أطلقت خطة شاملة من 33 مبادرة لدعم كافة القطاعات الاقتصادية في الدولة وخلق بيئة اقتصادية أكثر مرونة وقدرة على توليد فرص متنوعة ومستدامة، وتشجيع الاستثمار في القطاعات المستقبلية ولا سيما التحول الرقمي والصناعات المتقدمة وتطبيقات التكنولوجيا الحديثة والبحث والتطوير والابتكار". وأكد معاليه أن تطوير نموذج رقمي لمنصة عالمية حوارية عالمية مثل ملتقى الاستثمار السنوي، يكتسب أهمية كبيرة في ظل الظروف الحالية ويعزز قدرة الدولة على استعراض رؤيتها المستقبلية والترويج للفرص المطروحة في قطاعاتها ذات الأولوية لاستقطاب وجذب الاستثمارات إليها بوسائل مبتكرة.

وبدوره، قال معالي الدكتور أحمد بالهول الفلاسي، وزير دولة لريادة الأعمال والمشاريع الصغيرة والمتوسطة: "تواصل دولة الإمارات دورها الريادي كمحور لتنمية التجارة والاستثمار وأنشطة الأعمال سواء في أسواقها المحلية أو على الصعيدين الإقليمي والعالمي، وتثبت اليوم من خلال إطلاق النسخة الرقمية الأولى من ملتقى الاستثمار السنوي قدرتها على التكيف مع متغيرات المشهد الاقتصادي وإيجاد حلول مبتكرة لمختلف التحديات، كتلك التي نشهدها اليوم من جراء انتشار جائحة كوفيد – 19، والتي أبرزت أهمية تبني أساليب جديدة في النشاط الاقتصادي" وأكد معاليه أن ملتقى الاستثمار السنوي قدم على مدى السنوات الماضية منصة رائدة لدعم الشركات الناشئة والمشاريع الصغيرة والمتوسطة، موضحاً أن النسخة الرقمية من الملتقى لهذا العام ستعمل على مواصلة دعم وتشجيع رواد الأعمال وأصحاب المشاريع الصغيرة والمتوسطة وتزويدهم بقنوات حيوية للتواصل مع نظرائهم في الدول الأخرى المشاركة، حيث سيعمل الملتقى على ربط 1580 شركة ناشئة دولية و 190 شركة ناشئة إماراتية مع أكثر من 500 مستثمر دولي، وإتاحة المجال أمامهم لاكتساب الأفكار والمعارف الجديدة وتبادل الخبرات وحضور المعارض الافتراضية ذات الصلة، واستعراض فرص الأعمال والشراكات، فضلاً عن التواصل مع المستثمرين من خلال 25 مسابقة ستشهدها الدورة الحالية. كما سيقدم الملتقى هذا العام عدد من الندوات وورش العمل الافتراضية المتخصصة حول ريادة الأعمال مع 1166 مشاركًا مسجلاً حتى الآن.

وتابع معاليه أن دولة الإمارات نجحت في تطوير بيئة أعمال حاضنة للشركات الناشئة من خلال امتلاك بنية تحتية وتكنولوجية متقدمة وتطوير تشريعات وسياسات مرنة ومشجعة لاستقطاب شركات التكنولوجيا المبتكرة والرقمية، وتبني العديد من المبادرات لتطوير قدرات رواد الأعمال بالدولة والعمل على ربطهم مع المستثمرين وفتح أسواق جديدة لهم، واليوم الدولة تتمتع بمكانة تنافسية متميزة في هذا المجال، وتُشكل وجهة مُفضلة وجاذبة للاستثمار في الشركات الناشئة في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال إفريقيا، وقد استحوذت الدولة على نسبة تصل إلى 60% من حجم التمويل للمشاريع الناشئة في الشرق الأوسط وإفريقيا.

ومن جانبه، قال معالي الدكتور ثاني بن أحمد الزيودي وزير دولة للتجارة الخارجية: "ينعقد ملتقى الاستثمار السنوي لهذا العام بنسخته الرقمية الأولى من نوعها في ظل ظروف غير اعتيادية يمر بها الاقتصاد العالمي وتتطلب تكثيف الحوار وخلق روابط جديدة تدعم الأنشطة التجارية والاستثمارية في مختلف أسواق العالم"، معاليه أن الملتقى سيركز على مناقشة جهود الدول والمؤسسات لتوفير حلول وتدابير جديدة تدعم استدامة واستمرارية الأعمال ومرونتها في مواجهة مختلف التحديات.

As the very first digital edition of the Annual Investment Meeting, AIM Digital will be the first mega digital event in the region to surmount the COVID -19 pandemic that will set a new benchmark for future virtual events in the UAE. It will utilize digital technology to create, showcase, and facilitate new investment opportunities for investors from different parts of the world, providing boundless possibilities across diverse sectors leading towards economic recovery, transformation, and sustainability.

To continue AIM’s mission of creating a roadmap to build a resilient future for the global economy despite the current pandemic, the three-day digital event will support and strengthen the investment environment and generate the most attractive and secure investment projects and opportunities for investors.
