Algeria, Qatar Ink MOU On Investment in Tourist Real Estate

 Algiers — A Memorandum of Understanding on the investments in the tourist real estate was inked Sunday in Algiers between the National Agency of Tourism Development (ANDT) and Qatari company Diar.

The document was signed by Minister of Tourism and Craft Industry Nouria Yamina Zerhouni, and Qatari Minister of Finance, Ali Sharif Al Emadi, in the presence of Prime Minister Abdelmalek Sellal and Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Abdullah Bin Nasser Bin Khalifa Al-Thani.

Prime Minister Abdelmalek Sellal had previously met with Prime Minister of Qatar who started Sunday a working and friendship visit to Algeria.

Qatari Prime Minister's visit is part of the political dialogue between the two countries at the highest level and is an opportunity to review all issues related to the development of bilateral relations in their political and economic dimensions.

During this three-day visit, "Bellara steel complex will be launched as part of an industrial partnership between the company Sider and Qatar Steel."
